DELIVERIES & RETURNS

This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on heathnco.com and is applicable to South African customers only.

DELIVERY

You have other things to worry about, the shipping of your HEATH. products shouldn’t add to it. That’s why we keep our shipping policy for orders simple.
STANDARD ORDERS
*Black Friday orders will have a 5-8 business day delivery time due to demand*
We ship your order to your door anywhere across South Africa for R99. Standard delivery should get your order delivered to you by our couriers within 2-4 business days. 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA)

All international orders shipped outside of South Africa may attract custom taxes and duties upon entry that will need to be paid by the customer. Courier times may vary due to customs delays.
DELIVERY EXTRAS

All goods purchased on heathnco.com will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address; and be delivered by our Couriers within 2-4 working days, excluding weekends and/or public holidays. Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames. 

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. HEATH. cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company. HEATH. holds no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels or parcels delayed in transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please provide an address where there will be someone to receive your purchase during office hours as our Courier requires a signature upon receipt. If a work address is provided, the Courier requires the business and receivers’ names.

Please Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes as our shipping provider, requires a signature upon receipt.

Once an order has been dispatched, HEATH. is unable to amend delivery location or redirect parcel.

RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately given the type of products offered, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on purchases due to health regulations. If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty product, please a detailed mail to info@heathnco.com. Please include the below requirements:

  • Images of how it was received,
  • Proof of purchase needs to be included

HEATH. reserves the right to determine whether your return claim is valid for a defective product replacement. HEATH. reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.

HEATH. cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of heathnco.com
