Refund policy
Unfortunately given the type of products offered, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on purchases due to health regulations. If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty product, please a detailed mail to info@heathnco.com. Please include the below requirements:
- Images of how it was received,
- Proof of purchase needs to be included
The Club Distributors SA reserves the right to determine whether your return claim is valid for a defective product replacement. The Club Distributors SA reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.
The Club Distributors SA cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of heathnco.com
